This VHS features footage from the band's tour semi-final oneman on 1996-10-18 at Meguro (目黒) ROCKMAYKAN (鹿鳴館). This is the “initial press” (although no additional presses were made), which touts 3 special features: the cover is printed on silver metallic paper, it includes a B5-sized poster with lyrics, and it includes an 8cm CD single with the previously-unreleased song Rain fall. Furthermore, the unreleased track STILL (INSTRUMENTAL VERSION) (which is actually a new piano arrangement) plays during the credits.
At this time, the band used the VASARA (覇叉羅) notation.
