Was this being under CROW MUSIC a mistake? I couldn't find anything on a few different sites that lists any association with that label, so I figured I'd ask.

I doubt tower would add it wrong.
But I think crow music only helps to release nationally.
I don't think they are really signed to it. But they surely have connections with CROW MUSIC.
So it wouldn't be that strange.
Not sure what this would imply, but they have a track by アルケミ who is with CROW MUSIC saved under their official MV playlist on their YouTube page, possible by mistake. I was going to speculate that this situation is similar to how XANVALA had some works distributed by Starwave, but never signed with them, but I see that this site is of the opinion that PARAGUAS is a sublabel.
The PARAGUAS INC. claim is at least supported by Starwave Records' webshop being mostly XANVALA and MISUI (ミスイ) goods, but it does seem fair to say Xanvala probably handle most of their marketing themselves / I'm not sure how much input SW has on their work (if any). It could be like a Matina / Eternal relationship where they're technically related but acted very independently of each other for the most part.
PARAGUAS = Starwave Records, it belongs fully to Kiwamu. It's definitly not independetly.

However talking about DazzlingBAD.
As Seraphim says, "techinically related, but still independently" , I think it's not wrong to think so.
The new Dazzlingbad flyers are also designed in CROW MUSIC design style. and they play on lots of CROW events as well. I really think they are boosted by CROW, just not officially for reasons.
